How long is my subscription good for?
Your funeral home will be able to renew your subscription to Helpful Obituaries on an annual basis.

Will I be able to add a photo to an obituary listing?
Absolutely! Your funeral home will be able to add one photo per listing. You can add a photo stored on your computer using our easy-to-use administrative form. Photos will need to be less than 100k in file size and should not exceed 200 pixels in width for best on-line resolution.

How will an on-line visitor be able to share a listing with a friend?
At the bottom of each obituary listing there will be a button they can click which will take them to an on-line form where they can send that listing to five of their friends. The program will send the email out for them, containing a link back to your website and that person's obituary.

Do I need to have a website in order to sign-up for Helpful Obituaries?
Yes, your funeral home should have a website in order to get the most benefit from subscribing to Helpful's Online Obituaries. However, we do provide website design services. If you would like to have a website created for your funeral home, we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Do I have to subscribe to Helpful Obituaries to obtain the online condolence forms?

What happens to our obituaries after one year?
At the end of your subscription year, Helpful Obituaries will archive the previous year of obituaries onto a CD for your funeral home to keep on-hand for easy reference.
